Your order will be shipped within 8 days from the date the order is placed.
The estimated delivery time is between 5 to 10 days from the date the order has been shipped.

Hand-Knotted Carpets:

Your order will be shipped within 45 days from the date the order is placed.
The estimated delivery time is between 5 to 10 days from the date the order has been shipped.

Shaggy Carpets:

Your order will be shipped within 7 days from the date the order is placed.
The estimated delivery time is between 5 to 10 days from the date the order has been shipped.

 

For Global Orders:

The estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 days from the date the order has been shipped.

Hand-Knotted Carpets:

Your order will be shipped within 45 days from the date the order is placed.
The estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 days from the date the order has been shipped.

What is the process for cancelling an order?

You can cancel your order by calling us on (+91) 8130266080 or email us at - nuharugs9043@gmail.com. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so prior to the shipment being dispatched.

You should receive the refund through the original method of payment within 48 business hours of canceling the order.
