Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused and in their original condition.
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide Details:
    Share your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. Photos may help speed up the process!

  3. Return Authorization:
    Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return authorization. We accept returns if the customer wishes to return the product for personal reasons. Customers are responsible for the logistics and shipping costs associated with returning the item to our facility to the below address: 209, Madhosingh Aurai Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi UP 221301

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval.
  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
