Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery.

- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Return Authorization:
Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return authorization. We accept returns if the customer wishes to return the product for personal reasons. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
